The O.C. Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the weeks of Feb. 17 to Feb. 25. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved.

- Update: Quan Moi at 15440 Brookhurst St., Westminster, which was ordered closed Feb. 15 because of a rodent infestation, was allowed to reopen Feb. 18.
