The O.C. Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of July 30 to Aug. 7. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved.

  • Kitchen at Hilton, 3050 Bristol St., Costa Mesa, Closed: Aug. 6, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: Aug. 6
  • Pholicious, 10585 Slater Ave., Suite 4-A, Fountain Valley, Closed: Aug. 5, Reason: Insufficient hot water, Reopened: Aug. 5
  • Tebo Tebo Tea Express, 13916 Brookhurst St., Suite D, Garden Grove, Closed: Aug. 5, Reason: Rodent infestation
  • Round Table Pizza, 12829 Harbor Blvd., Garden Grove, Closed: Aug. 3, Reason: Insufficient hot water, Reopened: Aug. 3
  • Al Palace, 270 Bristol St., Suite 110, Costa Mesa, Closed: Aug. 4, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: Aug. 5
  • Vitaly Caffe, 2937 Bristol St., Suite B-100, Costa Mesa, Closed: July 31, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: Aug. 4
  • Cristi’s Restaurant, 821 S. Beach Blvd., Anaheim, Closed: Aug. 6, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • CVS Pharmacy, 6775 Quail Hill Parkway, Irvine, Closed: July 31, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: Aug. 2
  • O-Kaz-Ya Teriyaki House, 1811 W. Commonwealth Ave., Unit L, Fullerton, Closed: Aug. 3, Reason: No water supply, Reopened: Aug. 4

  • Miyabi Shabu Shabu & Grill, 15435 Jeffrey Road, Suite 119, Irvine, Closed: July 30, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: Aug. 3
