SANTA ANA WILLARD FITNESS DAY -July 23, 2014

Santa Ana, CA) – Senator Lou Correa and The Coalition of Orange County Community Health Centers are hosting the 2014 Coalition Health Center Fair on August 16, 2014.

This health fair, titled “Keep Your Health on Track”, in conjunction with the celebrations for National Health Center Week, will highlight the vital role that community health centers play in providing quality health services to the medially vulnerable and undeserved communities. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, healthy event for the entire community during the summer season.

WHAT: 2014 Coalition Health Center Fair

WHERE: Willard Intermediate School (1342 N. Ross St., Santa Ana, CA 92706)

WHEN: Saturday, August 16, 2014, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m
