The O.C. Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the weeks of March 17 to March 25.

  • 7-Eleven, 550 S. Knott Ave., Anaheim, Permit downgraded to prepackaged food sales only: March 23, Reason: Insufficient hot water/plumbing in disrepair, Full permit reinstated: March 23
  • Tasty Garden, 15315 Culver Drive, Suite 140, Irvine, Closed: March 17, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: March 21
  • Miyabi-Tei at Mitsuwa Marketplace, 665 Paularino Ave., Costa Mesa, Closed: March 23, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: March 24
  • Kitchen at Costa Mesa Country Club, 1701 Golf Course Drive, Costa Mesa, Closed: March 22 ,Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: March 23
  • Kitchen at Westridge Golf Club, 1400 S. La Habra Hills Drive, La Habra, Closed: March 23, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: March 24
  • Pho A’mie, 737 N. Placentia Ave., Fullerton, Closed: March 22, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: March 23
  • Cucina Alessa, 520 Main St., Huntington Beach, Closed: March 21, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: March 22,
