Police detectives are seeking additional victims in reference to a sexual assault of a minor, according to the Tustin Police Department.

In December of 2023, Tustin PD was notified of a sexual assault of a minor that occurred in 2021. The suspect has been identified as Marco Castro.

The investigation revealed Castro convinced the minor to enter their vehicle near the 15700 block of Tustin Village Way. Once in the vehicle, Castro sexually assaulted the victim.

In December 2023, Castro approached the victim again and the crime was reported. Castro was known to identify themselves to victims as “Julie” or “Juliet.”

Editor’s Note – Castro has long dyed blond hair and appears to wear makeup. It is not known if he identifies as a woman.

Castro is currently in custody and Tustin Detectives believe there are additional victims who remain unidentified.
