Last night at around midnight, a Westminster Police Department trainee and his Field Training Officer stopped a vehicle for California Vehicle Code violations in the area of Magnolia and Bolsa.

The driver consented to a search of their vehicle, and an unserialized handgun (commonly referred to as a ghost gun), ammo, and a high-capacity magazine was found inside. The driver was ultimately arrested.

Kudos to the Westminster police officers for keeping the streets safe while we sleep!
