The O.C. School of the Arts presents Beyond Borders, on Jan. 23 and 24

Part performance, part project, Beyond Borders, at the Orange County School of the Arts, features students from across multiple conservatories in artistic investigation of what it means to be a modern, multi-ethnic American teenager.

Combinations of poetry, dance, instrumental music, and native language song will engage the audience in this layered exploration of cultural, personal, and national identity.

Tickets range from $10.00 – $25.00 including fees. Performances are set for Jan. 23 and 24 at 5 p.m.

  • 5pm – Preshow Event and Check-in
  • 7pm – Showtime!

As part of the event, local nonprofit organizations with a focus on ethnic and/or minority issues have been invited to participate with booths and information before the show.

Nonprofits Include: Orange County Community Foundation. Bracken’s Kitchen, Groundswell, OCAPICA, MASC, TITYA, Viet Rainbow of OC and VietRise.

The Orange County School of the Arts is located at 1010 N. Main St., Santa Ana.
