Seal Beach, CA – Police officers responded to an unknown trouble call for service at a residence and discovered two deceased adults inside, according to the Seal Beach Police Department.

On Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at about 8:31 am, Seal Beach police officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Ocean Avenue in the City of Seal Beach regarding an unknown trouble call at the residence.

An out of state relative called police dispatch to report that their brother was having issues with their elderly mother. Officers arrived and were unable to contact anyone inside the residence. Officers found an unlocked door and made entry to conduct a welfare check. Once inside, officers found two deceased adults.

Seal Beach detectives and the Orange County Coroner responded to the residence to investigate the deaths.
