Celebration of life for Elliot Blair, the O.C. Public Defender killed in Mexico, set for Feb. 11 in Garden Grove

The friends and family of the O.C. Public Defender who died tragically in Mexico, Elliot Blair, are going to host a public celebration of life on Feb. 11, at the Christ Cathedral in Garden Grove.
