A drive-through emergency food assistance distribution program will take place on Saturday, May 2, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at MainPlace Mall.
Power of One Foundation (POOF), the City of Santa Ana and other nonprofit groups and businesses have joined forces to provide an emergency food assistance distribution program for the communities of Santa Ana and Orange County in the form of a weekly drive-through food distribution.
What: Distribution of a variety of perishable items, such as fresh produce, milk and meat, and non-perishable items such as rice, beans and canned goods.
When: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, May 2
Where: MainPlace Mall, 2800 N. Main St., Santa Ana. Distribution will be first come, first served. The line will begin at 17th and Bristol streets and NO ONE will be allowed to line up before 7 a.m.
Who: All people in need of food assistance in Orange County are welcome. If you are sick in any way, please STAY HOME. This goes for all staff, volunteers and community members.
REQUIREMENTS & RULES
1. LEAVE WINDOWS UP AT ALL TIMES!!
2. Place a valid ID on the dashboard
3. ONE Emergency Food Assistance Kit per CAR. Due to the immense need, NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for understanding.
4. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN, ELDERLY, OR PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL ISSUES FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH REASONS.
5. Make sure your vehicle’s trunk is EMPTY.

Distribución de Alimentos por Automóvil el Sábado 2 de Mayo
El sábado 2 de mayo, de 8 a.m. a 2 p.m., se llevará a cabo un programa de distribución de asistencia alimentaria de emergencia por automóvil en MainPlace Mall.
La organización Power of One Foundation (POOF), la Ciudad de Santa Ana y otras organizaciones sin fines de lucro y negocios han unido fuerzas para proporcionar un programa de distribución de asistencia alimentaria de emergencia para las comunidades de Santa Ana y el Condado de Orange, en forma de una distribución semanal de alimentos por automóvil.

4. POR RAZONES DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD, NO TRAIGA NIŇOS, PERSONAS MAYORES, O PERSONAS CON PROBLEMAS MÉDICOS.
