The OC Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of April 20 – April 27. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved. Here is the list:

  • Phuong Food to Go, 9902 Westminster Ave., suite B, Garden Grove, Closed: April 23, Reason: Insufficient hot water
  • Golden Flower Veggie, 14942 Bushard St., Garden Grove, Closed: April 26, Reason: Rodent infestation
  • Tip Top Sandwiches, 14094 Brookhurst St., Garden Grove, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Z’s Kitchen, 3138 E. Chapman Ave., suite B, Orange, Closed: April 20, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Beach St. Bagel, 12505 Beach Blvd., Suite A3, Stanton, Closed: April 27, Reason: Rodent infestation
  • His Nibs Liquor, 2501 E. Ball Road, Anaheim, Closed: April 27, Reason: Rodent infestation
  • The Wok Experience, 13511 Beach Blvd., Westminster, Closed: April 26 (report), Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Taqueria de Anda, 300 W. Valencia Drive, Fullerton, Closed: April 25, Reason: Rodent infestation
  • Wok & Roll, 4030 N. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, Closed: April 25, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Magicland Market, 220 E. Katella Ave., Anaheim, Closed: April 25, Reason: Rodent infestation
  • Mayur, 2931 E. Coast Highway, Newport Beach, Closed: April 24, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Pho 88 Restaurant, 1101 S. Lemon St., Fullerton, Closed: April 24, Reason: Rodent infestation
