The O.C. Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of Sept. 17 to Sept. 25. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved.

    We think this was a facetious question, but, just in case. The city water supply is needed for all the plumbing fixtures…like the water closets, lavatories and hand sinks, as well as the tea brewers.
