Beginning in 2015 and concluding in September of 2021, wanted suspect Jose Valera Garcia willfully engaged in lewd acts with a child under (10) years of age.
Suspect Description: Hispanic male adult, approximately 5’00”, 130 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
