On February 24, 2024, a Driving Under the Influence and Driver’s License checkpoint will be conducted in the area of Jamboree Road and Alton Parkway, according to the Irvine Police Department.
The checkpoint will be clearly marked and operational from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. We are required to notify the public before a checkpoint is conducted.
This checkpoint is being carried out with the use of grant funding awarded by the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
