After stealing two sets of Harry Potter Legos, a male suspect man decided to grab two cold sodas for the road at a store in Irvine.

As he exited the store, he turned a petty theft into a robbery when he struggled with a Loss Prevention Officer over the merchandise.

Irvine patrol officers stopped the car the thief was riding in as they exited the Spectrum Center.

While the store in question was not named by the Irvine Police the picture of the suspect appears to have been taken at the Target store located at the Spectrum Center.

The suspect was arrested and transported to “Azkaban” aka the Orange County Jail before he was able to crack open that refreshing stolen beverage.
