All roads closed in the area of Birch St. and MacArthur Blvd. due to a fatal traffic collision, according to the SAPD. They posted about this on their Facebook page sixteen minutes ago.
An investigation is underway and more details will follow.
The lanes were finally fully reopened by 2 p.m. today.
