A community counseling and foreclosure assistance seminar will be held in Santa Ana on Feb. 11, at Calvary Church, located at 1010 N. Tustin Avenue.
HUD-Approved housing counseling agencies, lenders and non-profit legal counselors will be on-site to assist you for free.
Session 1 – English: 2:30pm to 4:30pm (Registration Begins at 2:00pm)
Session 2 – Spanish: 5:30pm to 7:30pm (Registration Begins at 5:00pm)
What to Bring:
- Your loan documents and recent mortgage statement
- Your two most current pay stubs
- Your most recent two years’ of W2’s
- Your most recent two years’ of tax returns
- A list of your monthly expenses
