UPDATE: Critical Missing Person Phai Thai Tran (75) has been located and reunited with her family
Description: Female, Vietnamese, 5’00”, 90 lbs., with a thin build, short gray hair, brown eyes, and light complexion.
Tran was last seen wearing a round brown hat, 3/4 length sweater with white dots, black pants and brown leather slippers.
On 12/02/19 at approximately 7:58 pm, Tran was with her husband at a grocery store in the area of Bristol Street and Warner Avenue when she became separated from her husband. Tran suffers from dementia.
