A few days ago my fellow Orange Juice blogger Art Pedroza wrote a post articulating the position that perhaps now is the time to get Mike Harrah’s One Broadway Plaza up and going.   Like Mr. Pedroza I was initially opposed to this project and suspect of Mr. Harrah’s actions and motives.  While I am still somewhat cautious in my view of Mr. Harrah I am now finding myself in support of the construction of One Broadway Plaza.

By coming out in support of the construction of this project Pedroza and myself while surely be rebuked by the naysayers and the obstructionists.  In fact some of the folks from the “neighborhood association” crowd have already offered up their criticism of Pedroza’s position on on the Yahoo Santa Ana Citizens site.
