FORMER SCHOOL MAINTENANCE PAINTER TO BE ARRAIGNED FOR POSSESSING AND DISTRIBUTING CHILD PORN ON INTERNET

WESTMINSTER – A former school maintenance painter is scheduled to be arraigned Monday for possessing child pornography on his computer and distributing it through the Internet. Roger Scott Hewson, 51, Fountain Valley, is charged with one felony count of distributing obscene matter and one felony count of possession and control of child pornography. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence off three years and eight months in state prison and mandatory lifetime sex offender registration. He is out of custody on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday, Dec. 16, 2013, at 8:30 a.m. in Department W-2, West Justice Center, Westminster. Continue reading→

POLICE OFFICER SENTENCED TO 12 YEARS IN PRISON FOR FORCIBLY SODOMIZING THREE WOMEN, WHOM HE HAD BRIEFLY DATED

SANTA ANA – A police officer was sentenced today to 12 years in state prison and lifetime sex offender registration for forcibly sodomizing three women, all of whom he knew in a dating capacity. Jesse Andrew Green, 36, Huntington Beach, was found guilty by a jury Sept. 6, 2013, of three felony counts of forcible sodomy. The jury was unable to reach a verdict on one felony count of rape.

At the time of the crime, Green had been a police officer with the Garden Grove Police Department since 2006. The defendant also worked for the Calexico Police Department from 2004 to 2006. Continue reading→

WESTMINSTER – A man has been charged with the stabbing-murder of a 51-year-old victim in a Huntington Beach apartment. Rito Samuel Tejeda, 22, Santa Ana, was charged today with one felony count of murder with a sentencing enhancement for the personal use of a deadly weapon and faces a maximum sentence of 26 years to life in state prison if convicted. Tejeda is being held on $1 million bail and is scheduled for a continued arraignment Nov. 22, 2013, at 8:30 a.m. in Department W-1, West Justice Center, Westminster. The time is to be determined. Santa Ana man arrested for murder while covered in blood and walking in H.B.

Rito Samuel Tejeda, 22, of Santa Ana, was booked at Huntington Beach City Jail on suspicion of murder Wednesday afternoon, Lt. Mitch O’Brien wrote in an email, according to the Huntington Beach Independent.

Tejeda was detained around 11 a.m. after police found him walking around Nashville Avenue and Delaware Street, covered in blood, officials said. He was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries and questioned, according to the O.C. Register. Continue reading→

Jorge Diosdado Serafin, 31, Anaheim, pleaded guilty yesterday, Oct. 15, 2013, to three felony counts of oral copulation of a minor under 16 years old, one felony count of lewd act on a child, and one felony count of lewd act on a child under 14 years old. Serafin faces a maximum sentence of 10 years and eight months in state prison and mandatory lifetime sex offender registration at his sentencing Nov. 15, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. in Department N-12, North Justice Center, Fullerton.

Gordon Ray Bodkin, 47, Huntington Beach, was found guilty July 23, 2013, by a jury of one felony count of unlawful sexual intercourse with a child under 10, and one felony count of sexual penetration of a child under 10. H.B.’s Democrat Council Members try to stop a party on the state beach

Two lame Huntington Beach Councilmembers, Connie Boardman and Joe Shaw (both Democrats) have sued to stop a beach party that is sponsored by the State of California – and will be held at the Huntington Beach State Beach on September 14, 2013. The lawsuit has no merit as the beach belongs to the state, and by extension to us. If you have nothing better to do on the 14th I encourage you to go have fun at this party and stick it to the H.B. Council party poopers, who sued the event promoter even though the event will be safe, with plenty of state police and security guards, and proceeds will benefit a charity for sick children. It is pretty obvious that Shaw and Boardman just want to keep minorities out of Huntington Beach.

It is a big night tonight in Downtown Santa Ana – with both the First Saturday Downtown Santa Ana Art Walk and the OC Film Fiesta – but does the general public in Santa Ana care about any of this?

Most Santa Ana families were fighting to stay cool today and many were out and about supporting youth sports. The MainPlace Mall was full of families enjoying their air conditioning as was the MainPlace Picture Show Theater where you can watch a first-run movie, several weeks after its release, for just two bucks. Fullerton firefighter who lives in Anaheim among those arrested for rioting in H.B.

Michael John Lytle, 30, of Anaheim, a Fullerton firefighter, was among those arrested on suspicion of participating in the Huntington Beach riot over the weekend, authorities said Tuesday. He was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, Fullerton city officials said. He has been placed on administrative leave, according to NBC News.

He was off-duty at the time of the incident but has been placed on paid administrative leave. Lytle was hired as a firefighter by the city of Fullerton on Feb. 11, 2008, according to the City of Fullerton. Continue reading→
