The Westminster Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying the driver of a vehicle that was involved in a theft from two vehicles at the Asian Garden Mall, located at 9200 Bolsa Ave.
On July 27, 2023 at 12:58 p.m the suspect smashed the windows of two vehicles and removed the luggage from inside.
The suspect is a male African American who is six feet tall. He was wearing black clothing and a black ski masks during the luggage theft. The suspect’s vehicle appeared to be a newer model Toyota Rav4.
