PRESS RELEASE: December 23, 2014

On October 31, 2014, our City was stricken with grief and tragedy when three beautiful teenage girls, Andrea Gonzalez, Lexandra and Lexi Perez were struck and killed by a speeding motorist.

Our citizens and police personnel came together to help us deal with this tragedy and start the healing process. A monetary assistance fund was set up on behalf of the Santa Ana Police Officers Association Widows & Orphans Fund. The outpouring of support for both families was overwhelming.
