Last night, at approximately 9:30 PM, Garden Grove police officers responded to a parking lot at Magnolia Ave. and Katella Ave., regarding a “car meet” in progress.

The responding police officers observed numerous vehicle violations and ultimately issued 25 citations, towed two vehicles, and arrested one driver on reckless driving charges.

The Garden Grove Police Department asks that you please refrain from driving recklessly and/or street racing particularly in Garden Grove. These activities are dangerous and illegal.
