The O.C. Sheriff has now disclosed that the assault case involved a man who hit another man with a wooden rod then apparently hid inside an RV in North Tustin. However Sheriff’s deputies were unable to find the suspect after searching the entire property.

The incident started at around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday night, Oct. 9, when a man in his 30s who lived on the property at the 18300 block of 17th Street got into a fight with another resident, grabbed the wooden object, then hit the other man on his head, according to the O.C. Sheriff.
