There will be a Sunshine Ordinance Meeting for the Standard & McFadden Park on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 10 a.m.
The Standard & McFadden site will be a new ½ acre park site to serve the immediate community. Due to COVID 19 pandemic we will be providing information on this future park site through a virtual presentation. Public meetings have already been held to obtain ideas on the park concept plan. The project will require a Zone Change from Multi-Family Residential to Open Space. At the meeting we will provide general information, funding source, answer questions and solicit input on the park proposal.

Reunión Comunitario Para el Parque de Standard y McFadden el Sábado 29 de Agosto a las 10 AM
El terreno de Standard y McFadden será un Nuevo parque de ½ acre para servir a la comunidad circundante. Debido a la pandemia COVID-19 estaremos proporcionando información sobre este futuro parque a través de una presentación virtual. Con anterioridad se han celebrado reuniones públicas para obtener ideas sobre el plan conceptual del parque. El proyecto requerirá un cambio de zona de Residencial Multifamiliar a Espacio Abierto. En la reunión proporcionaremos información general,
fuentes de financiación, responderemos preguntas y solicitaremos su opinión sobre la propuesta del parque.
