Advisory: SAPD Missing Person Detectives Asking For Assistance in Locating 55 Year-Old Male
On 07/13/17 Salvador Ortiz Plascencia, a 55-year old male, was involved in a verbal argument with his adult son at their residence located in the area of 1600 N. Parton Street in Santa Ana. Plascencia walked out of the residence and was last seen walking north on Parton Street. He has not been seen or heard from since that day. Plascencia does not have a cellular phone or any form of identification on his person.
Plascencia suffers from diabetes, hypertension and is possibly in need of medication. Family from out of state have arrived and are concerned for welfare.
Missing Person: Salvador Ortiz Plascencia (55) Santa Ana
Description: Male, Hispanic, 5’05”, 190 lbs., gray hair balding, brown eyes and mustache.
Last Seen Wearing: White T-shirt, black pants and black “Nike” sneakers.
