MainPlace, a three-story super-regional shopping center in Santa Ana, California (, today announced the addition of four new tenants: men’s streetwear retailer Kream Factory; Toy Box, a children’s toy store; egg-waffle eatery Mr. Waffle; and plus-size women’s clothier Q Plus. Each of the new additions is either open now or expects to be open before the end of summer 2023.
