Five arrested in a Garden Grove Police drug bust

The Garden Grove Police Department’s Gang Suppression Unit (GSU) had been conducting an investigation into a Garden Grove residence where illegal drug sales and other criminal activity were possibly occurring.

Early today, September 6, 2024, with the assistance of the Community Impact Unit (CIU), the GGPD K9 Unit, the Hostage Negotiation Team (HNT), patrol officers, SWAT, the Huntington Beach Police Department and the Westminster Police Department, CA, GSU served a search warrant at a residence on the 11500 block of Jacalene Ln.

During the search of the house, they located ammunition and an assortment of narcotics.

Five subjects were also arrested and later booked onto Orange County Jail on various drug related charges, warrants, or weapons violations.
