We now know who the unfortunate motorcyclist was that died in Santa Ana in a vehicle collision on the morning of March 22.

He was a Santa Ana resident, Farhad Naghipour. He was married and was an uncle as well.

His family has created a GoFundMe Page that has already raised over $16K. They revealed details about Naghipour in that page:

On the morning of Friday, March 22, 2024, the world lost a loving Husband, Brother, Uncle, and Friend in a tragic motorcycle accident. Just two and a half days after celebrating Nowruz, the Persian New Year with family, and enjoying in the Nowruz traditions he loved, he was taken away tragically. The family is heart broken as to be expected, and now faced with the uphill battle of trying to raise funds in order to help cover funeral costs. As most people today, the family is not prepared to lay to rest someone as young, loving, caring and as fun as Farhad. Coming as a complete shock to all, we’re now faced with the task of getting through one of the most traumatic times, unexpectedly. The family asks, if you can please look within your heart to help his wife Anisa, and Sister Arezou, with whatever donations you can spare in this desperate time for Farhad’s funeral. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts, with great appreciation and gratitude, in Farhad’s memory. At this time no information is readily available for the funeral services. That information will be shared at a later time. Thank you and Merci.
