SANTA ANA, Calif. – The Orange County District Attorney’s Office is warning the public about Ike Souzer, an extremely dangerous and violent 18-year-old criminal who is now at large after being released on electronic monitoring to a Santa Ana halfway house from the Theo Lacy Facility in Orange.

In addition to other charges, he was convicted in December of attacking three correctional officers and was ordered to wear an electronic monitor for the remainder of his sentence which was set to expire on July 9, 2023.

Souzer also stabbed his mother when he was 13, and already escaped previously from Orange County Juvenile Hall.

THIS INDIVIDUAL SHOULD BE CONSIDERED EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND VIOLENT. DO NOT APPROACH. IF YOU SEE HIM, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.

  1. I’m wondering WHY this 18 year old convicted VIOLENT felon was released on an electronic monitor?? Who didn’t think he would escape that?? Whoever authorized his release should be held accountable for anything this guy does!
