ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS: (Items 1 – 2)

At this time, members of the public may ask the Committee to be heard on the following items as those items are called.

1. Update on status of redistricting process

2. Approval of locations and times for May 26, June 9, 16 & 23, 2011 Redistricting Committee meetings

PUBLIC & COMMITTEE COMMENTS:

At this time members of the public may address the Redistricting Committee on any matter not on the agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Committee. The Committee or Chairman may limit the length of time each individual may have to address the Committee.
