Early this week, police officers were dispatched to a local business about a man yelling at customers, according to the Westminster Police Department.
The police officers contacted the man, who admitted he is on parole and currently armed. The police officers searched him and found a loaded ghost gun and a spare magazine in his waistband.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail.
