On August 30, 2023, between 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM, a 66-year-old female was loading groceries into her car at El Super at 12891 Harbor Blvd. when she was approached by two men. The first suspect told the victim that he and and the other suspect needed a ride to the bank. When she said she couldn’t help, he told her she needed to let them into her car or they would take it. Fearful of their threats, the victim unlocked the doors and the men entered the vehicle.

Once inside, they again threatened her, then directed her to a nearby bank to withdraw a large sum of money. The two suspects remained in the car while the victim went into the bank. Once she returned and gave them the money, the two suspects walked away.

  • Suspect 1: male, Hispanic 40-45 yrs, approx 5’-07”, thin build, light complexion, spoke Spanish with a Colombian accent
  • Suspect 2: male Hispanic 40-45 yrs, 5’-09”, heavy build, medium complexion
