On Sunday, August 21st, shortly after midnight a female driving in the area of 1100 South Standard was caught in the cross fire of a gang gun battle shooting.

As the gun battle occurred back and forth across a major street, the passing vehicle was struck. No one in the vehicle was injured and other parked vehicles were struck.

SAPD case number 16-22086.
