MISSING PERSON: Arturo Elias Caceras (23)

DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 5’8”, 230 lbs, Black hair, Brown eyes.

LOCATION: Caceras was last seen at his residence at 1000 Block W. Bishop in Santa Ana on 01/12/17 at 0800 hours.

SYNOPSIS: Arturo Caceras is developmentally disabled. Family members report that Caceras has the mental capacity comparable to a 10 year-old child. Caceras does not require any medications. Caceras was last seen at his residence in Santa Ana. Caceras has a bus pass and was supposed to go to Santa Ana College.
