    1. Yes it does. I believe alcohol abuse drives much of this. Disappointing that the Council has made it easier to open more bars in town.

      1. Your stupid argument about the bars and restaurants downtown is so tired. Let it go. It’s not going to stop! Try aiming your sites on the long lines at 7-11. One trip to a 7-11 and you will find several men waiting in line with 12 packs of cheap beer in one hand and those nasty hot dogs in their other hand. Drop by any convenient in SA after 8pm and take note of who is in line or at the register buying beer. Don’t blame Chapter One or Diego’s Downtown for the crimes! The crime was in SA long before the Downtown started changing. Changed for the better no doubt.
