A male suspect jumped over the gate onto school grounds and removed an unlocked electric bike from La Quinta High School, located at 10372 McFadden Ave., in Westminster.
Suspect: Male, Hispanic, 30’s, 5’8, 160, dark blue hoodie, baseball hat with red bill, black pants, pink backpack, black/white shoes. Possible tattoo or scar under right eye.
