Sulman Carrillo, 29-years-old, was reported missing by family members and loved ones. She was last seen on Monday, February 3rd at approximately 8 AM walking westbound along the north sidewalk of the ‪1300 block of west Chestnut Street, Santa Ana‬. It is believed she may have her cell phone with her.

Description: Female, Hispanic, 5’3”, 135 lbs., brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, white long sleeve shirt, black leggings and athletic style shoes.
