SANTA ANA, CA – The enticing, unforgettable flavors of the Mediterranean are now in Santa Ana! The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill®, an award-winning and rapidly expanding Mediterranean fast-casual concept, opened its first Orange County location at 3305 S. Bristol St., Unit B, in Santa Ana’s Bristol Plaza.

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill Santa Ana location is the first of its kind to open in Orange County under the leadership of franchise owner Dany Askar. Askar, a health-conscious father and local entrepreneur, has always been passionate about food and promoting healthier dining choices. With an extensive background in business, Askar is excited to use his entrepreneurial expertise to bring quality Mediterranean food crafted from the finest ingredients to the local community.

“As a parent, I have always advocated being active and health-conscious and believe that it’s important for people to have access to healthier food choices,” said Askar. “Opening an authentic, fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant that conveniently offers flavorful, satisfying food, felt like the perfect fit for our family.”

Aligning with The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill’s mission to Live Your Life Deliciously, the chef-inspired menu features homegrown recipes and bold flavors, like the fan-favorite Great Greek Gyro, as well as Lamb, Steak and Chicken Souvlaki Plates. In addition, guests can enjoy made-to-order fresh Feta Fries and four signature house-made dips including Hummus, Tzatziki, Melitzanosalata (eggplant dip) and Tirokafteri (spicy roasted red pepper).

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill offers a wide variety of customizable options, including a Classic Greek Salad with choice of Gyro Meat, Salmon or several other protein choices. Guests can also indulge in must-have desserts like Baklava Ice Cream and Mom’s Rice Pudding. Everything is prepared in-house with fresh ingredients that bring traditional flavors from recipes that have been used for generations.

The Santa Ana restaurant serves lunch and dinner from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily with dine-in, pick-up, catering and delivery options. The restaurant also offers free WIFI, indoor seating for 50 guests and patio seating for 12 guests.
