Scott Moore, a 54-year-old, (54) registered as a sex offender in the City of Fountain Valley per PC 290 on March 23, 2022.

During a compliance check of his newly registered residence, Fountain Valley Detectives learned Moore had sexually battered a 16-year-old female.

Fountain Valley Police Detectives contacted Moore at the residence on March 24, 2022. Moore was arrested for sexual battery of a juvenile and booked into Orange County Jail. His bail is currently set at $35,000.
