German-born discounter Aldi, which made its debut last year in California, is planning to open 14 more local stores including four in Orange County, according to the O.C. Register.

Aldi sells everything at low prices – they say they can save shoppers up to half off their grocery bill. Most of the items at Aldi are their own store brands, which are knock offs of popular brands. They also sell only organic produce and high quality meats without hormones.

Aldi is opening in November in Santa Ana at 2830 S. Bristol St.

Aldi’s Orange County locations are already open at Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Buena Park and Anaheim.
