Over the last few months, an Irvine Police investigator has been working on a case where $55,000 in stolen checks were deposited into fraudulent business accounts.
Recently, Irvine Police detectives arrested Fanan Haksan, 25, of Westminster.
Haksan was charged with various crimes, including grand theft, forgery, and money laundering. He was booked at Orange County Jail.
