The O.C. Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of Dec. 9 to Dec. 17. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved.

  • Orange Sushi, 450 N. Tustin St., Orange, Closed: Dec. 9, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: Dec. 10
  • Pizza Place, 2108 Westminster Mall, Westminster, Closed: Dec. 14, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: Dec. 15
  • Aburi Sushi & Sake Bar, 8285 On The Mall, Suite 217, Buena Park, Closed: Dec. 14, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: Dec. 16
  • Fusion, 1001 N. Euclid St., Anaheim, Closed: Dec. 14, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Pizza Hut, 20383 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach, Closed: Dec. 13, Reason: Plumbing in disrepair,Reopened: Dec. 14
  • Lupe’s Taco Shop, 14916 Springdale St., Huntington Beach , Closed: Dec. 13, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: Dec. 15
  • Las Alazanas, 2171 W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim, Closed: Dec. 10, Reason: Cockroach infestation
