A Westminster police officer conducted a car stop for CVC (California Vehicle Code) violations in the area of Bushard St. and Hazard Ave. on the evening of Jan. 22, at around 11 p.m.

The passenger was discovered to be on probation with search terms. Underneath the passenger seat, Officers located approximately 60 grams of methamphetamine, 8 grams of psilocybin (mushrooms), numerous MDMA pills, and other items related to drug sales.

The individual was arrested for drug sales and other charges and was later transported to Orange County Jail.
