On Sunday, July 24, 2022 at 7:50 PM the above pictured suspect approached the victim while at checkout and outside the Big Lots store (6251 Westminster Blvd.), asking several times to use his phone.

When the victim let the suspect use his phone, she fled with the phone and the victim found he was also missing his wallet.

Suspect: Female/Hispanic, 35, 5’7” brown hair, gray shirt, black leggings

  1. When driving in a car and you are stop at a check stop and you do nothing wrong do you have to show them your driver license?

The story noted that police are attempting to identify this thief, describing her as, “Suspect: Female/Hispanic, 35, 5’7” brown hair, gray shirt, black leggings,” and includes a photo of her which clearly shows she has no legs at all! Black leggings?! WTF?! Wouldn’t the most obvious identifier, one that they would want to highlight, Be that this lady has no legs?!
