Dear Members of the Santa Ana Unified School District and Greater Santa Ana Community:

The Board of Education is beginning the process of searching for a new superintendent and has appointed Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates to help the Board with the process.

As one of the initial steps in the process, the Board would like to seek your input on the desired characteristics and skills that you would like to see in the next superintendent. Please share your thoughts by responding to the appropriate surveys linked below.

As you respond, please remember that all characteristics listed are desirable, but we are interested in knowing your perceptions about which characteristics are “most important” for the Santa Ana Unified School District.

  1. Although this is of topic, I would like you to post story about the Santa Ana Business Bank.

    Today I have noticed missing name on the building at 17 and Main.

    Looks like Mill’s effort to sign-up Latinos for accounts and helping Pulido did not worked out very well.

    So far for Latinos success in banking business.

    Anyway, here’s my input: DO NOT HIRE ANYONE FROM WITHIN THE WALLS OF CHESTNUT STREET TO BE THE SUPERINTENDENT.
