Description: M/H, 5’8″, 180, Black short Hair, Brown Eyes
Location last seen: 410 N. Fairview Santa Ana CA
Oddities: Light Brown Birthmark on R/S of Stomach, Burn Scar on Shoulder

Synopsis: Luis F. Moreno has been missing since 08-21-12. He walked away from the Goodwill Rehabilitation Center located at 410 N. Fairview Ave. in the City of Santa Ana. Moreno has been diagnosed with Schizophrenia Disorder and is prescribed Paxil, and Burpropion to maintain stability. Moreno has no concept of time, when not medicated he will go without eating or drinking for several days. He frequents libraries and locations with internet access. He also frequents the areas near Disneyland (Downtown Disney).
