On 05/11/2023, at approximately 1:36 PM, a female victim was walking on the sidewalk off the 2000 block of South Grand Avenue when a suspect grabbed her purse off her shoulder. The suspect pulled on the purse, causing the victim to fall to the ground.
The suspect removed the purse from the victim and fled the area.
The suspect is a white male with brown hair and facial hair. He was wearing a brown t-shirt and dirty white pants.
