If a weather event occurs on the anticipated start date, the street closures for construction activity will be delayed until the weather clears.

- Due to paving, lane reductions at the intersection of Westminster Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, plus Westminster Avenue and Newhope Street; in addition, right turns only from Harbor Boulevard and Newhope at the Harbor intersections in both directions

- Only one traffic lane both westbound and eastbound on Westminster Avenue between Newhope Street and Harbor Boulevard
- 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Through May 31
- Full closure westbound on 3rd Street between Bush and French streets for construction
- 24 hours a day
- No parking on 3rd Street between Bush and French streets for construction
