Santa Ana – Firefighters responded to the 2700 block of S. Fairview St. for a fire in a self storage business. The call came in shortly before 6 p.m, according to the OCFA.

T76 was the first-arriving unit, finding smoke showing. They established command and upgraded the call to a working structure fire which brought additional support and also help from the Fountain Valley Fire Department.

The fire crews forced entry, and located the fire in two storage units.

Thanks to a coordinated attack, firefighters were able to prevent the fire from extending to multiple units in the path of the fire.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Assistance was provided by the SAPD.
